- Company Information: Company name, address, contact details, industry type, and institution type
- Billing Information: Information about payment processors and billing contacts

- Processing your registration for courses/workshops
- Communicating with you about the courses/workshop details, changes, and updates
- Providing certificates and materials related to the courses/workshop
- Contacting you regarding future courses/workshops and events that may interest you

- Courses/Workshop instructors and facilitators
- Service providers who help us administer courses/workshops

Syarat dan Ketentuan
Syarat dan Ketentuan Konferensi Nasional IIA Indonesia 2025

1. Pelaksanaan Acara
Konferensi Nasional IIA Indonesia 2025 akan dilaksanakan secara luring pada:

2. Ketentuan Pembayaran
- Peserta dengan tipe tagihan personal wajib menyelesaikan pembayaran paling lambat 8 Agustus 2025.
- Pendaftaran akan dibatalkan secara otomatis jika pembayaran tidak diterima hingga tanggal tersebut.
- Invoice hanya akan diterbitkan apabila Konferensi telah dikonfirmasi akan berjalan oleh tim IIA Indonesia.
3. Ketentuan Pembatalan
- Pembatalan mulai H-5 sebelum acara tetap akan dikenakan biaya penuh (100% dari biaya konferensi).
- Pembatalan antara H-21 sampai H-6 akan dikenakan biaya sebesar 75% dari biaya konferensi.
- Pembatalan sebelum H-21 tidak dikenakan biaya pembatalan.
- Peserta yang tidak hadir (no-show) akan dikenakan biaya penuh (100%).
- Penggantian peserta (substitusi) diperbolehkan tanpa dikenakan biaya tambahan, selama masih dalam satu institusi dan untuk acara yang sama.
4. Keanggotaan Aktif
Harga khusus anggota hanya berlaku bagi peserta yang status keanggotaannya aktif hingga minimal 31 Desember 2025.
5. Ketentuan Diskon Grup
Diskon sebesar Rp500.000 per peserta hanya diberikan untuk:
- Pendaftaran lebih dari 5 orang,
- Berasal dari satu perusahaan yang sama, dan
- Diajukan dalam satu invoice kolektif.
Tambahan peserta yang didaftarkan secara terpisah tidak akan mendapatkan diskon.
6. Permintaan Invoice
Permintaan invoice dapat disampaikan melalui email ke: [email protected].
7. Ketentuan Sertifikat
Sertifikat akan diberikan setelah acara selesai diselenggarakan.
8. Biaya konferensi tidak termasuk akomodasi hotel dan transportasi/tiket pesawat.
Pembayaran dapat ditransfer ke rekening berikut: Bank BRI, a/n: IIA Indonesia, No. Rek: 026101001618305 (IDR Account).
